Established in 1991 the company has been trading in and around Doha Qatar area ever since. Initially specializing in the finishing of new villas, stone houses and hotels, the supply and trading of which still resubs integral to the company sphere of activity to this day. In recent times the number of new villas and stone houses constructed has decreased significantly, however, there is an ever increasingly enthusiastic trend towards their preservation and restoration which forms the sub stay of company activity today. Inevitably the company encompasses the old and the new in continuing restoration projects coupled with the construction of new stone housing commissions, granite and marble work surfaces and floors, with some 40 stone and marble fixers.

We are now amongst the oldest and most respected multi disciplined marble and granite companies in Doha Qatar, supplying and fixing as approved subcontractor to ‘A’ grade and ‘B’ grade, construction companies, property developers, builders and private clients.

Natural stone when correctly cared for has stood the test of time far better than any other building material. We at Kohinoor are keen to promote the continued use of natural stone for stone facades of new buildings in the entirely or in part.

We are able to offer a wide range of materials sourced from all over the world, a fantastic range of vibrant and interesting colors, which in turn make wonderful surfaces for a villas or buildings. The company offers a full site survey and template making and ensuring stone does not delay your project.

In recent years we have become increasingly involved in supplying and fixing stone packages to new build projects. We have seen a steady change to now where architects and designers are using stone increasingly to produce the "wow factor" for their clients. It seems the purchasing public are impressed by sensitive use of stone and that this can greatly assist in creating the "must have home".
